CHARLOTTE BELL, founder of the Mindful Yoga Collective, has been practicing yoga since 1982, and began teaching in 1986. Certified by B.K.S. TONI LOCK has been studying T’ai Chi and Qigong since the fall of 1997, with Master Sifu Jerry Gardner. He is the co-owner of Red Lotus School of Movement, in Salt Lake City, Utah. In January of 2009, she earned the title, and is now recognized as "Sifu Toni". Sifu (pronounced see-fu) means teacher. When she accepted becoming a Sifu, she promised to share and teach T’ai Chi and Qigong for the rest of my life. THOMAS McCONKIE is an author, public speaker, and mindfulness teacher. He is founder of the Lower Lights School of Wisdom, a nonprofit that promotes transformation through meditation, developmental psychology and community engagement. Trained as a developmental researcher and practitioner of mindfulness over the last 20 years, he offers a unique synthesis of Wisdom traditions in his approach to transformation. SCOTT WHITE has been a Personal Fitness and Sports Trainer since 1991. He has been practicing Qigong and Tai Chi since 2004. Teaching since 2008. Certified in Tai Chi Easy, Tai Chi Chair and Integral Qigong and Tai Chi through his Master Dr. Roger Jahnke of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi in 2010. HEIDI O'DONOGHUE is a qualified MBSR instructor trained through the Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Medical School. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance since 2002, a Certified Relax and Renew Restorative yoga teacher and a certified Yoga Nidra iRest instructor. Heidi has a Bachelors degree in Biology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland Oregon and a Secondary Teaching Certification from Westminster College. Heidi has been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2002 and has had a dedicated personal practice for over 20 years. Heidi teaches at local studios around the Salt Lake valley, her teaching focuses on mindfulness, stress-reduction, yoga and students over-all health and well-being.
