We will also offer some guided writing exercises as a way to reflect on the past year and set our intentions for the following year.  Course will be offered by Vicki Overfelt and Scott Moore.  Dates:  Saturday or Sunday, January 16 or 17, Snowbird Cliff Spa, 10 am to 4 pm.  Cost: $125/day (Includes day pass to the spa.)  To register or request more information, feel free to contact Vicki at voverfelt@mbsrslc.com or Scott at: http://www.scottmooreyoga.com/workshops/
